OK, as of right now I think I have most of the parts needed to swap my crossbones board over to forward controls. Instead of buying the complete HD kit, I used the parts list and only ordered what I needed. I did this because I was going to use the "chrome" foot levers.
This is what I got, and what should be at my house right now. ( I am in Colorado for work)
left and right side mounting bracket (with mounting screws)
shifter lever
HD billet black shifter foot lever
HD billet black brake lever
HD Diamond black foot pegs with wear pegs
HD Diamond Black shifter peg
HD Diamond black brake pedal pad.
My biggest concern that just popped into mind was mounting the foot pegs. Do they usually come with hardware? If not how are the rider pegs mounted? What all will I need to put them on?
Since I haven't hit the 60 day mark of owning the bones yet, I do plan to have the dealer do the work, so it will go onto my bike's warranty. I am just trying to make sure I have all the parts because they do not mark down at all.
EDIT: I just downloaded the instruction sheet for a set of foot pegs, it looks like the pin, spring washer, and the "snap rings" are acceptable for rider foot pegs....is this right?

what you going to do with the old boards? I might be interested if you have no need for them. I have a fatboy and have about ground off the ones that are on there now...
Those instructions are correct, pin, spring washer and retaining ring. Sounds like you've got the rest covered other than new banjo bolt washers and some brake fluid.
