I made one out of aluminum polished diamond plate. WARG gave me the dimensions of his Harley one. Cost me $11 - Looks great.

What are you guys using to replace the plastic part holding the license plate? I like the look.

Do you mean the taillight bracket?

There are all kinds of aftermarket ones, and they definitely look better than the stupid stock one

You can find the bracket for around $25ish, up to way too much as is typical with aftermarket parts.

I'm pretty good at finding stuff on ebay (like half the stuff on my bike). But I guess I don't know what I'm looking for. Couldn't find the bracket. Please post link.

Sorry my friend...I mean no offense by this, but...I'm not here to do your research for you

BUT...since I'm a nice guy:

Here is the bracket you want, or at least something LIKE it.

It's hard to find **** on ebay sometimes because people word things stupidly.

Here are some from J&P

Scroll down and you'll see the right ones. I like to cut off all the hangy stuff and just drill two holes for the plate and frame (if you use one)

A search for "taillight bracket" brought me several results.
