Default Bobberizing Xbones....

Hi guys,
just wanted to share with you my winter works... New rear fender and some little stuff... Here's phase one.

Would need advice on some not too expensive dog bones risers and battery cover... Do you know some good stuff?

Rear fender is Custom Chrome Santee part #16956

Looking good!!!Very nice touch! Your off to a great start there man. Shade Tree Fabrications is the only company I know of that makes a battery cover for the Crossbones. Did you extend your license plate?? Was that required?

skipper, his license plate is from italy, all euro plates are big like that. the "I" on it means italy. the other givaway is the air cleaner cover, the non-us models have that regular softail style oval one

Ahh... I see. Considering you've got to put that huge plate somewhere, I think it was nicely done!

nice, a couple of questions about that fender
- did the curved axle mounted struts come with it, if not where did you get those?
- how hard was it to mount - how is it fixed to the frame - clamp or weld?
