Right now, this part is on nationwide backorder until mid September.
I finally found one on the net, and should have it by next week.

No George I have quick detachable bags and backrest & a differant seat when the wife does want to go with. And a friend of mine has his lowered and he say's no way can he 2 up it with it lowered. So I'll suffer with what I have not that I wouldn't like to lower it just need to keep the wify happy too once in a while.

Yeah, there's no two up riding with the bike lowered, at least comfortable riding that is..

I like the new light also, but went with this one from Joker Machine...you can remove the plate bracket and even buy it without one.

That light is nice, but I don't know what those guys at Joker Machine are smoking...
$400.00 for a tail light is a joke, and the HD unit is almost half the price..
