Jiffy Stand Ext? Did my search. Still need Help!!
I just got an '07 Heritage which is at C&C getting a new seat. I went by and sat on it and it's going to lower me and move me up perfectly. But, I just noticed that I'm having a REALLY hard time reaching the stand. On my StreetBob I got an extension like the one I'm including in a link but that stand was further back. The Heritage stand seems much further forward so having an extension that's closer to the front of the bike doesn't seem like the answer. Has anyone tried using this extension and mounting it so it's closer to the rider (so it's on the rider's side) ? Would it keep the stand from retracting? I can't believe Harley. I KNOW there's lots of short riders on Softails out there and I've spent the last 1/2 hour going thru threads but haven't found a solution.
