Default First start after bikes been down

Drained all of the oil about 3 months ago before starting my winter overhaul and progress has been slow but I'm about done. Planned on draining oil adding oil pressure gauge and filling it back up but one thing after another, you all know how it goes. Pulled oil tank for a good internal cleaning, replaced plugs and plug wires, fuel line and many more mods. Going to fill it with oil today and go for a ride as it's gonna be close to 60. I'm just concerned about the oil. Anything I should be worried about since the oil tank has been empty for so long? Or just fill and fire?

It should be ok, if you are worried then unplug the coil and crank it till you get oil pressure plug it back in and ride
