Usually the heatshields come with then, but you may want to ask to make sure, you also want to ask that they have O2 bung holes. The ceramic is on the outside and covers the whole pipe and the heatshields are chrome.

I have the Martin Bros WTFs on my Nightrain (see sig pic); mine came with heat shields which hide most of the blueing. The WTFs are longer than most of thier other styles and they're "stepped" 3X (1.7, 2.0 & 2.25), thus I barely lose any back pressure. The baffles, which I don't use are only about 3" and can be taken out in 1 minute. Bottom line is that no one in my area has them on thier bike and I love them.
