Looks like you've got a good start already. Buy a Hot Topper kit and dressup things. Lower it fer sure. And a custom seat always set things off. Have fun.
Thanks for all the responses! These are all great ideas. I love hearing what other people would do to a particular bike. As of now, its becoming clear that I need to lower it, get a new seat, and relocate the signals for sure. I think the best idea so far is the one that involves a six pack!!! Keep the suggestions coming!
We are more then ready to help someone spend their money. You have a great looking bike right now. I have to put in another vote for a set of apes. They just look awesome on a fatboy.
I appreciate all of the ideas. I think for now I'm going to go with a C&C solo or LePera Silhouette solo seat, extended rear brake, and chrome lowers. Anybody know which of these two seats will put me lower and further back on the bike?
Eventually, gonnna get the apes! Probably just go with 12" or 13" rise. Not sure I would like maneuvering anything higher.
Finally, I may lower it. I'm on the fence on that one because I'm concerned about losing lean angle, handling, etc. I've heard that if you are going to lower the rear, you need to lower the front as well to maintain the proper handling. I've also heard that going the cheap route will sacrifice comfort of the ride. Not sure I want to sacrifice ride to save money, and I sure don't have the green to do it the expensive way. I guess when I hit the jackpot I'll take the plunge on an air ride!
Ross,
You can lower the back yourself for free and see how you like it. Factory shocks are adjustable. Also most HD dealers carry a Brawler seat which is inexpensive and they might let you try it out in the parking lot of for a 10 minute ride. I really like mine.

I like the drink a vision in your garage idea
lol
change the handlebars, go bikini bar or drag bar like
chop the rear fender, or even better change it to a tire hugging short fendor...side mount the break light and licence plate
lower your bike, maybe even go fat tire in the back
for the lights in the front beef up the front with road king style or get the addtional lights like the heritage classic has
loose some of the chrome (ie black handlebars and levers)
get a kick *** paint job done
