if i want them powder coated i need to take the socket out with the wire, they would not do it as they will get ruined in the oven when they cure the powder coating, i am a real perfectionist so the painting has made me crazy, skipper 469 has made my weekend so I'm all good now, 97 Badboy winter project, stripped the whole bike down and putting it back together, black everything, i sprayed all the bolts washers nuts etc, powder coated a bunch of stuff.....the only thing holding me up were the flashers....and bang! problem solved! this forum rocks....always! We are a special group...that's for sure and this forum has never let me down....in about 3 weeks I'll post pics of the build and the finished product, need to get my new wheels machined to make them fit so as soon as I button it all up off she goes to the indy to shorten the hubs and whamo all done and ready to ride! Part # from the parts book don't show up on HD website because they are not considered accessories. If you Google them, they will probably show up on Zanoti's or Latus' website.
