here are acouple of pics of my 03 night train that i just put a progressive drop in kit in. i cut a 1/2" off like the directions said (they said to cut no more than 1/2" off) but i don't think that it dropped it 2" like it said it would. i'm thinking about taking it apart again and cutting alittle more of the pvc off to lower it alittle more. does anyone know how many inches it is from the fork boots to the bottom of the lower triple tree is on a stock night train?? i just measured mine just sitting on it's stand and it right about 6 1/2"

lookin good man! that seat looks perfect with the way the bike is set up, the swingarm bag is cool too. i wouldn't lower it anymore than that, i personally don't like how they look slammed all the way down. nice lookin train for sure
