21" to 23" front fender adapters?

Have a 2009 deluxe and want to put a 23" rim on the front and want to know if anyone knows of someone with a fender adapter to clear the 23" tire? Also has anyone done it before and if so how was the turn out?

dont think it would look good on a d-lux......you would have to lower the front end down too much and wouldnt look right.....your soup cans would hit the fender brace when ya bottom out
