My FCWC battery is 3&1/2 inches thick and 8&1/2 inches wide. The manual does not specify a particular type between softails, other than 12v motorcycle battery. Torque terminals to 60-72in-lbs (not ft-lbs). I'd say drop in what you have and if it fits you are good to go.
