Softail Heritage Soft Bags Locks
What is the most effective and cost wise soft saddlebag locks that you have seen or use? I see that HD has a SADDLEBAG LOCK SET. Will these work on the Heritage bags that have the plastic snap release on the straps below the buckle? Thanks

You might as well send your bags to www.Bossbags.com. They will put in a great stiffener kit so the bags keep their shape and also a system to lock them. It is with two padlocks that are included but it works just fine. I'm totally satisfied with mine.

I also have the Bossbags lock hasps installed on mine. Only time I would ever use them is if I was parked at a hotel on a roadtrip and even then I wouldn't keep anything valuable in my bags. Locks are just to discourage grab and run thieves.

superglue and patch
I am cheap. Didn't wanna even PAY my leather guy to sew it on, so I used superglue. put one of my "glock" patches on the rear. a small one, 2.5 " i think but I think it gets attention and makes anyone think twice.....
