Haven't been here for a bit... winter/career n' all... anyhoo-
I have a grand design for my '08 FXSTB Night Train. The tins will soon be painted matte black. The Bobtail fender will be replaced by a chopped fender. License plate will be relocated to the axle bolt courtesy of www.demonscycle.com. Turn signals will be replaced by Jammers black markers. Coil wires are already red, to match the 1960 Panhead tank badges which I picked up today from Bergen County HD... all work will be done by my boys Eric and Mike at Classic Car and Cycle in Rutherford, NJ.
Pix as the project progresses...

thanks for the link to demoncycles to they are cheap
And the stuff is GREAT quality. I ordered the fender and tribal mirrors from them, both cheap ($$) thinking, "Hey, if the stuff is s**t, no great loss.". Well guess what- total QUALITY. The mirrors are black powder coated billet and the fender is PERFECTLY formed and designed. Even has a box built in for the ECM. Eric @ Classic is very impressed with it and he knows his stuff.
You might want to do a search on Demon Cycle to see what some other people have experienced first. Those are my favorite tank badges. One day I'll flat black my ride and slap those on too.

I have done research. Like I mentioned, I bought a couple of pieces to see what kind of quality I'd be dealing with and so far, I have not been disappointed. And sure I've read a few bad things, but I've read bad things about just about every single product I've bought off the Internet.
