i bought some kurakyn mirrors and the bolt that goes up in the stem that holds the mirror keeps coming loose i tried blue locktite it has a allen screw in it i tighten that all the way but it still manages to come loose driving me crazy about to dish them for another kind . Can somebody help.

Did you let it setup before you road it? loctite needs time to dry to be effective

Use blue Loctite and a lock washer. I don't see how it could come loose.

it comes loose where the bolt screws into the mirror and the allen head is suppose to hold it seems like the allen head doesnt hold for long from turning . i put some blue loctite on the allen head maybe that will work.

Did the set come with 2 sets of bolts, a long and a short set? Are you using the set that's too long and theres 'play' in the mirror even once the bolts tightened? locktight and an allen are more than enough.

Got these from J&P forget the Model and that but once tightened down they never moved again and even at 80 MPH+ Were rock solid for visibility.. Heres a pic if helps ...
