in the market for a rear fender for my custom .
really like the look of the heartland ez 200 but looking for something more 2up friendly and a little more affordable.
wanting to use the stock struts.
anyone have any suggestions?
also wanting a front fender.

You can find these on ebay for around $80. Same basic style as the Heartland and you can trim to suit your taste. Any fender of that style is too short to work with full size stock struts...you need some kind of shorty strut. They are very heavy duty and 2 up friendly even with the short struts.
I agree with the heartland being a bit expensive, but when it comes to 2 up riding it is a very good option. I have the 200 kit with the optional passenger seat and sissy. The beauty wth this setup is the easy mounts, just click the passenger seat in place when you need it, and have a clean solo ride for the everyday solo riding.
The passenger seat is also perfect for putting a t-bag or similar when touring.
