I am looking to do the same thing... Maybe even this weekend!!! Taking the jump from an Intruder to a Heritage.. Intruder is a dark red... Not sure about the Heritage yet, have to see all them first...

I bought the exact same bike/color as my first Harley 4 months and 4k miles ago; always had a thing for red motorcycles. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have.

Can you share which inserts you bought? I've been keeping my bags stuffed w/gear, using old towels, rags, etc to fill the gaps as I'm a little paranoid about getting the wrinkled, saggy bag look (the bike, not me). Thx

I will say this, get yourself some Goop because they don't give you enough adhesive to glue in the top inserts, just my opinion ymmv.
