My initial reaction was that you could do better on price. But after checking kbb, the suggested retail value is 11,750. Personally, I'd negotiate for a better price.
Like Shakey said, the colors are somehow--off. Looks like they were going for some sort of nostalgia theme, like the chevy/ford aqua colors from the 50's. That's OK I guess but then to add the modern looking wheels and exhaust just throws that off for me.
To the OP: If you are thinking about painting and doing a bunch of mods I'd keep looking. There are a ton of them out there and the deals have never been better. In this market I would not "settle" for anything.
