I was told 2 years upfront from AAFES but I havent had a chance talk to Harley out in town yet, they are the ones that honor the warranty and the 7 year service plan if they will honor it.
I'd be surprised if they honor it without doubling the price. Around Tokyo, the Harley shops usually charge 100% - 200% more than US prices for parts and accessories. Labor charges are higher, but not real bad.
