Mmmmm. I missed that about the bar diameter, the website pulled those up as an exact fit and that the OEM clamps and bolts would also fit
And, my wife is scolding me for trying to "go cheap" on our baby
I don't believe the top cover will fit and even if they do they won't match. I say go for the Harley ones, they look good and are easy to install and they have the bar &shield embossed in them.
Ugh....So I change my bars out for the stock ones for the time being and I cut the wires right where they were spliced last time. Hook everything up colors matching but now I have no left turn signal running light. No turn signals, fuel pump comes on every now and then when I turn the ignition on and the switch is on. No horn etc. All I get are headlight, aux lights, brake light and rear running turn signals which makes sense because I didn't touch those wires. It is dark and I'm annoyed so I'll check into the service manual tomorrow.
I'm still debating on what I want to do with them. I'll let you know.
I take it that your stationed in Ga for awhile? You mentioned you had to change them so you could get promoted. Is this now a military policy placed on all post or just conforming with Ga's BS 15" height law?

Until February for sure but as far as I'm tracking just following state law.
Also I think my electrical problem is because I'm a dummy and didn't unhook my battery when I cut the wires. I probably blew a fuse.
