Last spring I posted a couple of photos of my custom rack and many of you liked it and ask if I could get another one made. Well, can;t make another one, but mine is for sale in the classifieds here on the forums. If interested, take a look.
Thanks all
PS - Trading the Lo for a Street Glide Firefighter Edition. Got some cool ideas on custom touches to that one too
The price you posted for Magnumshilding seems to be high. I believe I paid less then $300 for all my cables from them.
Clutch was $80, Throttle and idle around $60 each and $80 for putting together a upper ABS brake line. Are they trying to sell you the complete upper and lower , front and rear ABS sets? Do you have ABS?
I have it on my bike but I only swapped out the upper front line.
Is ABS that big of a difference? 2010s no ABS. I just got my 15" to 17" black cables from LA choppers. High quality. They are Barnett. Starting install tomorrow. Here goes nothin. I'll be cussin and throwin shyt I'm sure. No matter how prepared I am, I have to allow for murphy's law... snafu fubar. Gonna look bitchin tho. $197.00 for cables and $125.00 for LA choppers 16" bars (look about the same as w1s to me) from Faymeyers in Denver. namz 12" extensions were $41.00 shipped. New harley grips 85 otd. brake fluid, derby cover gasket and transmission fluid were 24 something total. borrowed a service manual from a friend. Harley said they'd do it. 8 hours labor at 106.00/hr here in the land of the fruits n nuts. No way I'm payin that.

If you tell Magnum that you have ABS they won't sell you just the upper brake line. They want you to buy the whole brake line kit for $300 +. I used their 43" universal line and bought the banjo fittings to fit.
Good luck on your install. For sure your saving some big bucks. Don't forget a new trans cover gasket and some good grease for the ball bearings on the clutch release plate.

Got the gasket and some good grease from my local indy. Thanks much.
She doesn't have the wrench time some of yours have, but i like her.
- On the other side of the bike, there is a set of V&H BSS. And I have added the Detachable Backrest since this picture

I hate to let this rack just sit in the garage. Someone out there in Lo land must want this. Shoot me a price and I am sure we can work a deal. It fits an Iron Rider Overnight bag perfectly. Hate to get rid of it, but it won't work on the new bike. thanks all.

Welcome, two tips if you're gonna hang around here:
1) Keep your wallet locked in a safe place at all times, this place has too many cool ideas
2) Don't let Misbehaven catch you with those reflectors on your bike
Can't wait to see how you make it your own

I won't raz him about the reflectors until he has at least 5 post. It is the Christmas season after all.
