Hey Jimsfbl,
Hello to you and everybody reading.......I`m going to order them same pipes you have V&H BR 2-1.....WHERE THE HELL did you get them heat shields....there freakin sweet
Well then your going to be real happy! they come with the pipes.
Looking real good!! Did you do a write up on the coil relocate? Also, is that the Lepara Barebones seat? I've been toying with the idea of that one, but worried about comfort for more than a few miles on it. I have been wanting something that sits me back and down just a little further than the stock, but don't want to give up too much comfort.
No write up, sorry, but i got the idea from a member here. i think his screen name is bbeavers... search for "uskool lines" and it will pop up...
the barebones does push you back and lower and i love the way it looks and sits, however, i feel like im riding on plywood... IMO.
hey guys i just bought a 2011 fat boy lo in vivid black and im gettin ready to put sum apes on it. i know im gunna need cables a wires and new risers my question is if im gunna need to do anything with the controls since the lo's have the really big handle bar stock and im goin to a 1 inch bar. any in put would be nce thnx.
Latest update; Got her in cruise mode garb today, 170 miles so far, Fair weather rider (60 degrees or better), This is a pleasure bike and below 60 is not pleasure. Getting a little smaller A10 Wart Hog face sticker made up for both sides of tank should be ready this week. Removed the tank emblem with a hair dryer and a credit card. Can be reinstalled later if I get tired of Hog Faces.
