I found a guy on ebay that takes OEM products and sells them after he powdercoats them. If you notice, some of the aftermarket rings do not fit with the stock mounting. These are plug and play because they are factory Harley parts. He also does primarys, forks, shift levers etc.
Yep, I've talked with Pat (Voodoo041672). I actually got my lower sliders and cow bells from him. He was out of headlight trims and didn't know when he'd get more in stock. Thanks for the mention though. Good info to have shared.
Here are a couple of new mods for the LO. My bike has always followed a POW MIA theme.
It's my way of remembering my Uncle and others who are still MIA .
Any way I found this guy who does custom lenses for our bikes and had some made up.
My pics are not the best. It's hard to get a good shot with bright LEDS.
Went for my first long ride on my bike today. First thought... The 103 is no slouch! The power feels great. My butt was sore after only a few miles. Its unfortunate because I love the way the stock seat looks. I stopped at the Harley dealer on the way home and looked at a sundowner. I'm wondering if it's more comfortable than a mustang seat. My goal is to get this bike to a quick detach bagger with windshield and sissy bar. The bike has quick detach mounts for a windshield, but I'm not sure if its for a Harley windshield. Maybe pics would help. The brake light I've noticed is LED. It does this strobe effect when you hit the brakes. Not sure what brand it is either, but it looks stock. The bike seems to be running lean with the big radius exhaust. Very loud decel popping. I'm hoping I'll figure out soon if there were anymore mods I haven't noticed.

I have a 2012 Lo. I want to be able to connect up to 4 accessories (GPS, cell phone, cooling fan, heated grips) and much prefer they all be powered only when the ignition is switched on. I have employed the one auxiliary connection I found that terminates near the front left of the fuel tank. That connector seems appropriate for only one accessory, although I currently bootlegged a 2nd accessory to it.
At present, Ive connected a 3rd accessory direct to the battery but I dont like this solution.
I know I could take the existing auxiliary wires/connector and splice several wires to them but worry thats not a good solution, it might put too much load on those wires and even if it doesnt, there might be a more elegant solution.
Have any of you faced the same situation and added additional auxiliary connections?

On my Ultra I ran a relay from switched source that "turns on" a connection from my battery to a small 4 fuse accessory box, which gave me 4 circuits to tap. the only issue of this solution with the Fat Boy is that there isn't much room to tuck a fuse box under the seat, but you might do the same thing without the box, just using fused leads off a relay.
