Looking to add on a few inches to my bars. Want to try a few more inches on the risers first.. 2013fatboy lo. Can someone give me a link to ones that will fit and would I need new cables with only 4 risers on stock bars? The bars are 1 1/4 not sure if it drops down to 1 where the clamps are on the risers? In the middle between the risers its still 1 1/4.
I don't think you will need new cables for 4" risers, highly doubt it actually.
Having swapped my stock bars for apes, I could tell you they do not drop down to 1" at the riser, they are 1 1/4" there as well.
As far as which riser, it all depends on what you like, there are many different styles and options. Best thing would be to go on a site, like Revzilla, put in your bike info and search for risers, there you can see the options out there for you.
Got her not too long ago. I have loved the Lo for a very long time, but was convinced that I was going to get the black denim until I laid eyes on this one.
Love mine. Got it all pawpaw'd a couple years ago. Here's how it started, versus how it is as of a couple months ago. How the doctor I bought it from had it lookin. Too pawpaw for me. Bags are for sale in marketplace here by the way. MUCH BETTER. PAINT IT BLACK! GET LOW!
Here is my 84... are fatboy lo's a new model? I have this EVO Fatboy, which was my dads and ive been restoring it. Hopefully all goes well. Also new to forums, any suggestions?
