Calling all FatBoy Lo Owners
Been away for a bit, but wanted to thank you for the opinions on the V&H Side Shots, I appreciate it!
So, I ordered my exhaust last week, and went with the Big Radius since it flows so nice with the Lo..... then the next morning I changed my order (screw it, I want to be different damn it!!! haha!) and got the Side Shots instead.
Still have some things to do, but here are a few blurry shots of my Lo with the Side Shots. Although not all care for this look, I personally love them! (really loud though!)

Thanks!
Erik
I like them better than the Big Radius, nice job.
Also, it only seems like everyone has the Big Radius pipes, but that's because this thread has lots of Lo's with them. In reality they are not on every corner lol. I have never seen another Lo in person that is set up with those pipes, only on here. I know they are out there, it's just that this site makes it seem like they are everywhere when they really aren't.
With all that said, I like ur pipes better!
thx
I finally got the chance to take some pics. I only got the one side of the bike but tomorrow after the wash and wax I will take some good shots! I have to say I love the Lo, I had it for less then a week and put over 300kms on it, driving around after work. This is my first bike and I couldnt be any happier. The all black look of these bikes attracts a lot of attention, black is the new chrome!
I hope you guys like the look I went with! I am still missing some parts but I am patiently waiting. I ordered a lay back license plate, LED headlight, hedlight trim ring, edge cut mirrors and levers, swing arm bag and fender bib. I cant wait to get it all together. I also took the windsheild off and havent put it back on, it will go on for the long hauls, but it looks much better without it. Also I saw someone ask if the V&H SS were loaned to me and the answer is yes. I actually ordered the V&H Big Shot Staggered instead of the 2-2. I liked the straight pipe look but wanted to extend it. They also say the longer pipe will add a little more power so I was happy about it. With the swingarm bar on the way I thought covering the swing arm on the other side with the exhaust a bit would give a little more balance to the bike. I think I made the right choice, I guess I will see next week haha
I was wondering how you guys take off the side markers off the forks and the rear fender? Is it just a matter of ripping them off? Is there a lot of adhesive to deal with as well? Just would like to know what the best way to do it is before I scratch the bike. Thanks in advance!

Nice looking bike, btw. I've had mine 2 1/2 months and have over 3500 on it. Ride safe and enjoy.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Now as I bought the bike second hand and imported into Australia from the US it didn't come with a service manual. Does anyone have an electronic version of it or could scan it and email it to me?
Cheers
Simon.

I know the hair dryer was mentioned with kite string or dental floss....
strong fishing line is also good, and WD-40 will clean up any resedue.
Bike looks sweet.
