I'm working on the pics for mine (they're hi-res). Until I do: I have V&H Big Radius 2-1 pipes, an Arlen Ness super Sucker air cleaner that fits nicely under the stock cover, black brake/clutch levers, and Black Denim fuel cap/gauge.
I've heard that there are low-cost alternatives to the HD cleaning products, does anybody have a link to these, or which product works best in place of another?
Does anyone have the stock cable lengths for this bike? (Throttle/Idle, Clutch, and Brake) I am looking to help a buddy do a handlebar swap and need a starting point to figure out what cable lengths to order. He's going with a beach bar that will probably be about 3" longer than stock at the bar ends. Harley hasn't updated their website for the 2010 cable specs yet. Thanks.
Use Windex on the black denim. It actually says this in my manual. Works like a charm. I spilled gasoline on my tank when filling up one day. As I rode that day I could see what looked like a stain on the tank and I figured it would be there forever. Got home later that day, sprayed some windex on it and wiped it with a Microfiber cloth. The tank now looks like brand new.
By the way, you can buy a pack of 12 microfiber cloths at Lowes real cheap. Super soft and they clean everything great. Lowes also has cheap plexiglass cleaner that works great on windshields.
Any body with a FLSTFB seat and pillion that they would like to part with? I'd be interested in bying the set up.
I have a 2010 fat boy standard, the seat is just to wide and uncomfortable for me. The lo seat looks to be a little lower and narrower in the thigh area, is that so?
