I recently purchased a custom 2010 lo and have read through the first 100 post and my head is already spinning with ideas. Can't wait to get through the other 600 plus post. Lol...
Welcome to the cool kids club, you'll be broke before you reach page 500 lol J/k
as a new H-d owner (2 weeks) I've been wearing a Half Helmet and I was wondering what sunglasses you guys wear
I've been told I should invest in ballistic eye wear, is it really necessary ?
i BOUGHT a few pairs of bobbers. (cheap and work great) Almost anything with a gasket is great. I have a pair of Oakley's I use too. They are ballistic.
$1 a post? I wish I got out if here that cheap. I disgust myself with my lack of self control. Until I look at my bike, then I'm better and start thinking of more purchases.
Anyway, the reason I'm on here now is I got the deluxe style front fender on the bike and absolutely loved the look. Now I have the fever for a new, longer rear fender. I need a bolt on because I don't have the tools or ability to make what I want. I want the same as stock just longer. Anybody got a lead for me to follow or experience with this? Thanks fellas
Just picked up a 2010 FatBoy Lo last month. It's the first bike I've had in 25 years and my first Harley. I've been reading this thread for a few months now and really get a kick out of the great pictures and info. So much to learn on this side, for sure. This forum is very helpful.

Sweet ride man, what rear fender kit did you use, I've been looking at heartland kits but the old lady is more then a little aposed to them, she enjoys riding too much, trying to talk her into a bagger so I can do the heartland
I bought my Lo the way you see in the pic. The guy I bought it from was the 2nd owner and didn't know much about what was done. He just told me the rear fender was custom, but it looks like the Heartland EZ 200 kit to me. The fender may have been modified though. The fender gap is perfect and it has a spot for the ECU under the seat.
