I started fitting this today and even the rear docking hardware that you bolt on the fender rail is hitting the turn signal stem at the fender rail. Do these need modifying as well. ??
Thanks, I know what happened now. When I got my bars changed I had to get new cables and the throttle cable didn't come with that throttle wheel.
Cables are separate from the controls housing. They not only changed the cables they changed the housing to a different aftermarket setup. Which is weird because all the cables are the same just longer or shorter and all use the same default plunger type insert that goes into the housing..Weird they would change the housing. Oh well.
If they still are factory housings ? Look where the throttle lock would be and see if there is a hole for one. if so you can always add one to it...if wanted too?
