Default Mild performance mods?

I'm planning on making a few changes to add some grunt to my Train. Here's my list:

1. Thunderheader exhaust.
2. TTS fuel management
3. Woods cam, probably the TW 6-6
4. Doherty air cleaner and breather set-up.
5. Dyno-tune once the mods are done.

Trying to keep with the basics, I'm not ready to tear the motor apart with a big-bore kit. Yet.

SO what do ya think? Am I missing something? Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Bob

That's very close to what I woulod like to do eventually. A cam, D&D Fat Cat, TTS, etc. Your list looks good to me.

It sounds good. Do it up. I can get you all of that stuff at a discount too. I prefer the fatcat to the thunderheader, but it is all personal taste. TTS is top notch man, definitely the way to go. I am still working on getting one.

Just checked out the D & D web site, that Low Cat looks good, and he seems to know what he's doing! I'm looking for something that works, and doesn't just make noise. The Thunderheader is the pipe the Harley go-fast guys here swear by, but I'm going to look a little harder at that Low-Cat and ask around about the performance aspect. The Fat-Cat is too, well, fat. (I also checked out RB Racing's LSR pipes, but they're a little loud, and proud. $$)

I'll probably be giving you a call in mid-May regarding prices and availability, thats when mama's gonna let me take HER checkbook for a spin! She gets a screen porch and new furniture, and I get to pay some Harley tax.

(Now, where's that Snap-On truck??)

You will love that WOODS cam and notice a BIG=(HUGE) difference. Only piece i see missing is the BAISLEY oil pump spring PT.# LMR-002 to INCREASE oil pressure! A must have when adding PERFORMANCE PARTS like this cam!

Sounds like a good plan, one thing I would suggest is to add a 4 degree advance gear for that cam, add that and you will love it. With the gear it will come on sooner and will still pull all the way thru.
