I've been looking all over for a smoked tail light to match my laydown license plate and smoked signals. I have a Fatboy Lo in denim black so I want it dark smoked like the second link but it seems the Kury is just straight to the point. I don't want any chrome around the sides either, just a straight up smoked lense.
Have you looked at getting the stock one tinted? There's a guy local to my area that tints tail lights, and it looks sick. And since it only costs like $40, you;d be saving $80-$100 on a new light. I personally like the 2nd light best also, but wanted to pass along the tinting option.
