I was looking to relocate my license plate to the side. Forget about the big hold in the fender and everything, are there any opinions of the side mounts?
I bought the same plate mount from those guys but bought a complete frame for around 30 bucks with the led tag light. I love it. Inexpensive but very durable. I plugged the holes in the fender with plastic plugs from homedepot for about a nickle a piece and painted them black.
I installed the Kury #3179 a few weeks back and really like the cleaner rear fender, plus the additional LED brake light. The three fender holes were filled with 'mini-pistons' which match the design of the Carlini risers.

This looks awesome. Do you have a link? I couldn't seem to find a "complete" frame, let alone one that was chrome, like yours.
Here you go. Simple yet bright and effective. It is however kinda dumb how the wires come out the back. You will have to make a notch or small channel for the wires to go in. Very simple to do with a dremel. Also made in the USA. As for the plate mount itself. I got mine from the ebay seller mentioned above. Very durable.
