Billett Oil Cooler On FLSTC
I finally got the time to install my oil cooler on my '07 Heritage. I have been buying up parts for ever.
This one went on easier than the Low Rider. The mustache crash bars made a perfect mounting. I plumbed it for oil temperature gauge while it was off.
I am putting on gauges for oil temp and pressure. Mounted the bracket yesterday.
We're getting there.

Ya I did. I took the bracket that mounted with spacers to the front of the handlebar clamp. Cut the tips off the bottom and put it under the handlebar clamp. I think it looks damn near factory like this.
The copper wedges compensate for the added gap created by the bracket and allow the clamp to tighten down on the handlebar. Here's some photo's of the wedges.
