Only the dealer can tell you.

One other option to the FP and DFO/TFI is the TTS Mastertune. I like it more all the time. The ability to tune your own bike instead of depending on a dyno/tuner is worth the $400+ price it costs.

Being able to adjust the speedo, save the original calibration, turn on/off EITMS, and a bunch of other cool stuff really comes in handy when it's time to do it.

The fact that it doesn't leave any hardware on the bike is a major plus as well.

I've got an old SE Race Fueler my 07 came with when I bought it used. This little device works pretty good too and adjusts with a few electrical "pots" by simply turning the screws to dial it in. It adjusts pretty much like a carb does.

These devices, when they work right, are pretty decent and get the job done but they are extremely limited.

My advice: If you plan on keeping the 07 or newer EFI bike for a good long time then the TTS is more than worth it.

Why would anyone want to dumb down a smart device like the EFI system with O2 sensors?

That's essentially what a Fuel Pak does.

At the very least; get a PCV.

I'm not going to argue with you about the F/P but it made one hell of a difference on my bike, that's all I'm saying.

your not gonna break anything but you probably will experience some popping especially on decels and will also be running hotter. I personally like the fuel pak but then again I have no plans on doing anything else to my ultra that its on.

man a FuelPak is not the best piece of equipment, but I run one. You can get them off ebay for TC88's for around 75 bucks. I think I paid 75 with shipping for one last year.

Coyote: No offense meant at all. If a person is only going to do a stage 1 and stop there then the FP would probably work fine. You wouldn't be getting the full benefit of the EFI or maybe even the corresponding gas mileage but there's no reason to think it wouldn't work just fine.

I should have worded my earlier post better.

I bought a 2005 Heritage with V&H exhaust, fuel pak, and stage 1 a/c. Every so often it would miss? Contacted V&H and they were able to help me make necessary adjustments and bike runs great and gets better fuel mileage. Very easy to change mode settings.
