My Buddy's gettin a vibration startin at 65mph and we've checked most the hardware and not found anything. Anyone got ideas? Guy at the stealerships tellin him to change his primary fluid. What yall think?

 

A Tire issue would be my guess.

 

My 99 Heritage with an EVO motor would start vibrating at about 60 and get more intense at 80. Had a Sachs 125 that was a vibrator also but it also was natural to the bike. I bet there's a lot more bikes out there that vibrate also. I put ISO pegs on my heritage and that helped a lot.

Maybe it would help just a little if you mentioned what kind of bike is vibrating?

I would check tires First . Metzlers by any chance . There was more than a few that had problems a while back .

 

cut the engine at 70 and see if the vibration is motor or wheel. i had one that was from 30 to 60 and it was loose motor mount
