this is a Russ Wernimont Designs rear fender with frenched in cat-eye brake/turn on 2007 w/200mm tire. I have the Klock Werks on the front. Klock Werks. Both companies work is outstanding.
Which fender model is that? I looked all over the RWD website and couldnt find anything like that on there. Iv'e been looking for a fender just like that forever, Ive found ones like it but they are either fiberglass or composit.
K-Werks will stretch your stock fender for you.If you send it them,I had mine done here http://www.rr-custompaintworks.com/ I wish I would have frenched in the plate like you're thinking of doing
really love the look, but how is it for visibility? It does not look that bright in the picture, but man it looks great..

When I'm done with this one it will sit 2" off the ground when my air ride is slammed. I still have to kick the dove tail out about 1.5"s and I will just weld some pie shape pieces in where the dove tail connects to accomplish that. I will post pics when I am finished.
Phro- that fender looks badass bro!
Those of you that are looking for a 200mm stretched fender made out of tin, well you won't find it! You either have to make it or have it made FYI.
I used the KW fender and had a local guy do the bodywork. The tail light was not not bright enough for me (especially since the reason I did this was due to being hit from the rear) so I got the LED turn signals from Custom Dynamics and installed the Triple Play Run/Brake/Turn module.
