You will need to loosen the clamps for the brake line and may want to change the routing of the clutch cable (in-front rather than behind the bar), but you will not need to replace any cables or the front brake line.
As above, thanks for the real-world answer. I've always worked on dirt bikes and ATVs and never really gave a damn what they looked like when I was done...as long as it worked. I'm a little pickier about this bike.
Yep, well you might need to loose the clamps on the front brake line. Then take the bars out of the stock risers, lay them on the tank (on a towel), remove the risers, replace with new risers, insert bars in said risers, install caps, adjust bars, enjoy.
Is it possible to post a pic?
And did the new position make it more comfy?

Didn't take any pics. It really is simple. There are 2 or 3 rubber clamps that hold the brake line to the back of the nacelle cover area, and to the bottom of the head.
Might as well change out the riser bushings to some good ones while you are in there!
*VIKING66* What kind of bushings are you talking about? Is it a big difference from stock? what is the main change when you do that?
*Anyone who's got this setup* i'm hesitant on getting the 4" pullback risers because i don't know if it will be enough pullback. How much more comfortable does it make the riding position? How much more do the bars really pull back with the risers?
Also, has anyone put the 6" pullback risers on their fatboy lo and not had to change the brake line or any of the cables or wiring?

I have the 4" riser on my 09 Fatboy, it makes for a more comfortable riding position.
With the 4" you do not need to change any cable but you WILL have to if you go with the 6". I have the stock bushings and no issues.
This is a fairly straight forward mod just read the advice posted and COVER YOUR TANK with a towel for protection.
