Blue magic really great stuff give a good pohlish with it about twice a year and rest of time just use wizard spray and shine

100% correct. Clean chrome won't get any shinier by rubbing on it. Waste of time. Unless you have a stubborn stain, glass cleaner is about all you need.

You can polish up the bottom of a soda can with Mothers, polishing compound, most scratch removers in a tube, and even fine enough sandpaper. It's doesn't take a miracle product to do that smoke and mirrors show put on by the metal gloss peddlers at swapmeets and bike show.

Former Mothers user here...now I use glass cleaner for the most part.

Mothers Chrome Polish works wonders on cloudy headlights though.

Nevr Dull and HD Bright Chrome Cleaner which looks like repackaged Simichrome, maintain shine with Windex.
