Part number 0415-0012 (chrome)or 0415-0013 (black) will fit 84-10 fxst and flst. I can get them for you too. Pm or email me, or just call the shop.

BUMP!

Did this transaction ever happen? Has anyone else done this? Is there a fabricator out there who would give it a go?

I've seen one on a slim, so don't see why it wouldn't fit a fatboy.

Necro thread that's been revived once already, but I have a new question: Anyone have any fitment issues with this brace? and tips for install? I picked one up for a 2012 Slim,

part # 0415-0023: Roland Sands Design Wideglide Fork Brace for 1984 - later FXST/FLST/FXDWG - Black Ops

confirmed by RSD CS as correct part for this bike. I know it's a simple bolt on, but the fitment is really poor. It's super tight between the fork legs; tight enough to actually stop fork travel... like 0 movement due to the brace pushing outwards. First thought is give it a little squeeze and bend to remove pressure, but the mounting areas are already angled so any bend will eliminate ability to mount flush.

Unfortunately I've just got "It bolts right up bro" and "Not sure" help from RSD, and I understand, I guess, because not being there and troubleshooting something over the net is far from ideal.

Anyway, just throwing this out there
