If you already agreed on $11k over the phone then I'd say you are done negotiating unless you find a flaw with the bike. If someone tried to beat me down on the price after already agreeing to a price I would tell them to take a hike.

If I make a deal and the item is as described what's the problem? If it's in your budget and what your lookin for BUY IT.
I would tell you to go find another bike if you tried to get another 5 bills out of me.
