Howdy, how's everyone doing? My names Glenn. I don't own a Harley just yet but should be purchasing an Iron 883 within the next couple months. I found the forum through random web browsing and it seems like a great community. Anyone have any tips or suggestions for a new rider?
Welcome!! ____☻-From Sunny-☻__ ♣♦~Las Vegas Nevada~♠♥ Yer alot like I was I joined the fourm about six months before I got my bike and I already knew what I wanted like your self,so I posted pics of the bikes I was looking at and let my peers on the fourm in,and I'm glad I did.I had money in my pocket and really wanted a bike I was looking at spending about 15k so when I found a bike and posted it, the advice I got was irreplaceable, few times got the green and the deal fell through on the other end, other times I was told I could do better,LOOK around the economy is bad there is better deals. I did take their advice and looked,I found the Fat Boy I ride well cared for and maintained everything I wanted...extras and upgrades(95ci was the big one jetted and V&H long shots). I got a file folder of sense it was new great history on the bike everything that was ever done $8,500 I payed for it, I saved almost $5,000 posting and reading.I'm sure you can do the same. Good luck !!!
