You should record that number just so you have it for reference. I will keep you updated.
Yes, this is the typical problem with DNA. Wrong this, wrong that. I got lucky and mine was perfect right out of the box, and I am local, but this is why Dr. V-Twin will no longer do business with DNA.

I do not like to say anything negative about anyone, but the experiences I have had with DNA are by far the worst I have had with any company in the MC industry. The chrome was peeling on some wheels. Mos that were sealed did not hold air. Quite a few of their will did not bolt on as they were supposed to. I would call to complain and ask for the problem to be fixed and got passed from one p[person to the next with no solution ever offered.

Both of my wheels are DNA. I bought the front wheel new and it was great right out of the box. I bought the rear used off another forum member and it bolted right on as well, although the reason the guy was selling it is that it would not hold air without a tube. So, I slapped a tube in it and it has been great from day 1. No peeling chrome or anything else, however be careful when dealing with this company as once they have your money it is very difficult to get things corrected if need be.

The Doc is a very easy going guy and these people had me ready to kill on numerous occasions. I could make a killing selling their wheels still, but refuse to deal with them due to their incompetence. I even went out of my way to stop by their "factory" and met everyone and they still treated me like garbage when I had an issue.

If I have a problem with a vendor and they refuse to resolve it in a timely fashion, I refuse to do business with them. It wastes my time as well as my customers. I am too busy to dilly dally around waiting for BS answers.

2008 deluxe, DNA 80 spoke 21" by 3" with tubeless setup... Avon 90

I started on it this morning, removed wheel and started the mockup. I was expecting to run down the dealer with lil cash on hand possibly get a mechanic,, back door.. run that lathe to cut a spacer or 2. To my surprise the freakin thing fit like a glove with the stock spacers. Well Ill be damn! While doing the mockup I noticed the rotor was toward in of the caliper but other than that, simple bolt on. I shimmed the caliper with a chrome washer to get it dead nuts center. Since it fit fine I went and got the chrome spacer setup for our bike Part# 41583-07.
I didnt catch your post this morning, so I dont have info on hub.. purchased set of polished rotors and they installed rotor to mount and balance. Big shout out for Mike at EP for doing it.
I attached a couple of pics to show you what was involved with mine..shim caliper etc.....
As Dr. V Twin said theres some inconsistency with DNA and just grateful mine came out ok so far so good. I hope you do get yours situated soon. As of all the mods Ive done this really makes me happy, right up there when I installed the nightrider xied harness
Big thanks to blacknchrome09deluxe for sharing info!
