Hey mimo, you got me thinking about my windshield. I took it off and went for a ride today. I found two things out. One, I can hear my music up OK up to around 80kms. After that not worth trying to hear. Two, I don't like bugs hitting me in the face while going down the highway. Most of my riding is highway and I like the windshield.

Thanks guys. Just got a call from the adjuster. Initial estimate is over $4200. He expects that to double by the time they start tearing the bike apart.

NADA list $15,695 for average retail price, $13,215 for low. I don't know how they figure a cut-off for repairs.
