Question Help with rocker electrical problem

After installing my hearland fender the right brake light stays on all the time. I have checked for a short none. I connected the light to battery all work.
Also the ground wire to my license plate light is hot. I have checked all the connections and they are in the right place in the pin socket.
Any help would be appreciated.

Obviously not...double check your connections. Are you sure you have the correct wiring diagram for your bike.

I Checked the connections multiple times they are correct.
I checked wires for cuts breaks and shorts multiple times.
I checked each led tail light to see if one segment might be bad, negative.
The lighting fuse blew the first time I tested it.
I replaced the fuse.
The tail lights work with or without the fuse in the socket
I have the service manuel and the wireing diagram seems to be right.
I have run out of ideas to try to trouble shoot

I just went through this while changing my rear lights and adding some LED strips under my fender. I would suggest using Radiantz lighting and make sure you ask for a "diode" kit, prior to this let them know what functions you want. The electrical system for our model is built for the space shuttle for some reason MOCO went crazy with floating grounds and such. I would be interested in the answer to Mike's question - are there 4 wires for heartlands turning lamps and if so are there diodes connected to the harness that they provide? Hopefully, this helps if not, dont hesitate to send me a PM.

I am using my Harley tail lights. I have redone this one a couple of times with no problem. right light= 1 white 2 red 3 green 4 black 5 o 6 lp black. left light= 7 white 8 red 9 green 10 blk 11 o 12 lp red. As you can see I have it memorized.
I am going to change the connector. I recently purchased and installed a new one. That is the only difference. The old one worked fine and since I changed to the new one it dosen't. I'm thinking maybe some metal got into the mold and contaminated the new one. I can't think of any thing else to try except, see if the dealer can find the problem.
Or is there diodes in the each segment of the tail light maybe one is blown and is feeding back into the system?
