Default Less effective brakes

As it has gotten warmer here in Saskatchewan, I have noticed my front brake is not nearly as effective as when the wx was cooler. Is this normal? I ride an 02 Heritage Classic. Brake fluid is full both front and back.

try changing out your brake fluid as it gets water in it + get old.
