Heritage front brake fail!

Default Heritage front brake fail!
So I'm out cruising PCH today coming up on some traffic I grab the front brake...a whole bunch of nothin! Lever came back to about 1" from the bar. Felt like their was no pressure built up in it. Ok...come to a second stop. Same thing! This sucks. Good to have a rear brake. After that the front works fine the rest of the ride. This happened once before and my Indy took the master apart and cleaned everything. It was fine for a while but now it's back. Any ideas on what the fix for this is??? Thanks in advance!

Are you using the correct brake fluid?

Any leaks?

Good start would be to replace or at least bleed the brake fluid.

She the master was leaned were the sealS replaced.

Nothing was replaced when the master was cleaned...except the fluid. I was looking at rebuild kits and they are cheap. Prob try that.
