somebody thought buying an anniversary model harley was an investment
you can buy a 2010 for $16k , even with the pretty paintjob i don't think anyone is likely to pay $4k over list ... right ?
Yes I was just looking at one today at the stealer with all chrome wheels for 17,300. I know he will never get that for it. But who knows maybe a dumbazz will give him a call.
Sure I'll buy it...
but he will have to send me his bank info, PIN number and mothers maiden name....
Then I will pay him twice what he is asking.... and send a courier over to pick up the bike and pay him with a cashiers check from my bank in India....
I actually just missed one of those back in 08 when I ordered my bike. It was an 03 Annv Fatty still in the box. Some guy had bought a vrod and the Fatty both still crated He had to sell due to divorce. He sold the Fatty for $12,500 when I got there the Fatty had sold but still had the Vrod at $12000. He collected bikes for the hell of it. So I don't doubt the 2 miles and box but 20 grand is NUTS
