I have it on my 09 FLSTC. The dealer warned me to be careful as some people were resting their feet on them and their right heel was also pressing on the rear brake pedal?
Rear brakes didn't last very long.
Looks like it's very easy to do so be careful!
So far my rear brakes are worn 50% at 6,000 miles so it is not a problem for me.

To me, it is uncomfortable. I have to sit bow legged. My highway pegs are WAY more comfortable.

I like the looks of the full bar on a Heritage. The moustache bar just looks out of place with the sharp angular lines against the big round windscreen, all the round lights, and the big size of the bike. That's just me.
