I would like to put a detatchable windshield on my Fat Boy. But I don't want one that I have to look thru all of the time....Does Harley make a shorter one ??
Also, can you put passenger floorboards on with the shotgun exhaust system ?
Passenger pegs with an air ride is no problem. Check out Memphis shades shields. They have various heights. I can get one for you at a nice discount too.
Just get the detachable one made for your Fatboy from HD as it's really easy to put on and off. Then shave it down to exactly what you want. Simple enough.
Ive had the HD Low Profile (19") and a Cee Bailey and now Memphis Shades. I like the Memphis Shades mounting better than the HD rubber grommets that wear out. The MS are made of stainless and aluminum.
The ms shields are less expensive and they have a few different styles as wel as any height from about 13 to 22 inch and the Batwing fairing will work off the same mounts
