My 2010 fat boy was super LOUD with the pipes. I then added the POWER COMMANDER-5 and SE air cleaner and the sound went to hell ( yes, I know a tuned motor will sound different) BUT::. I now need to get a set of Thunder Baffles. Not trying to highjack your post but wondering if that is way you drilled them out. If not why? Is there something to do?
