when does the 2011 harley parts book come out looking for new parts for my sled thank you

Can tell you from first hand experience the dealers come back from the dealer meeting with a copy then around about sept /oct they have them in store but you wont get any parts untill the new year if they are indeed 2011 parts this is what happens in England maybe you guy's are more fortunate

They should be available the day they release the new model year. I worked at a dealer and we had them on hand before the show and had to wait till after the show to give them out.

phantomryder i got a question to ask u since u say u use to work at a dealer.

what is your recommendation. i plan on buying my bike soon do u recommend i finance some parts or do everything on my own?

I would recommend financing some of the parts. Those parts, and they must be HD parts, would be covered under your 2 year factory warranty. So any issue with those installed parts would be replaced if they have an issue. I financed about 2 thousand dollars worth and it had a slight increase in payment. Have the finance department work out the numbers so you can make an informed decision.
